OLIO - OLIO features possibly the world's longest antipasto table, multi-layered dining areas with an eight-foot high fireplace, and a retro bar and lounge area.

The inventively themed restaurant and retail complex features cool mists rising from cascading waterfalls. A 10,000-gallon double archway saltwater aquarium featuring more than 22 species of fish from around the world, trumpeting animatronics elephants, and simulated tropical rainstorms, complete with thunder and lighting, are all placed in lush vegetation. Selections include pastas, salads, signature sandwiches, and delectable desserts.
