• Airline tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Name changes are not allowed.

• Once purchased, all tickets are subject to the airline rules regarding cancellations and changes.

• A service fee will be charged for itinerary changes after the ticket is issued.

• Ticket changes may incur penalties and/or increased fares in addition to any stated change fees. Advance notice is required to change reservations.

• Prices are guaranteed only at time of purchase.

• Book tickets in each passenger's names as they are displayed on government issued IDs.

• Children must have parent present at check-in.

Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change schedules without notice. Schedules shown are based on expected flying times as indicated by the airlines. Because weather and other factors may affect operating conditions, departures and arrivals cannot be guaranteed nor is the fault of Free Travel.

• International travel may require the need for valid travel documents such as: passport, visa, re-entry permit, health certificate, inoculation record, a ticket for the return journey or continuance of your trip, or ANY combination thereof. The responsibility for the proper documentation rests with the individual passengers, not Free Travel. Concerns about the required travel documents may be resolved by contacting the appropriate consulate or embassy.

• International travel requires bookings 14 days or more an advance. Free Travel will not allow International bookings less than two weeks from departure date.
