Le Cirque
- Sirio Maccioni brings his acclaimed Le Cirque 2000 from the New York
Palace Hotel to Bellagio. Designed by Adam Tihany, Le Cirque serves
contemporary French cuisine in an elegant setting overlooking the lake.
Aqua - Michael Mina and
Charles Condy's world-renowned San Francisco seafood restaurant. Tony Chi's
elegant yet relaxed design incorporates rare wood floors, terrazzo tile and
sumptuous fabrics.
Picasso - Adding to the
beauty of this Mediterranean style restaurant is the Bellagio collection of
original Picasso artwork. Pablo Picasso spent much of his life in the South
of France and Spain and the cuisine takes its inspiration from those
regions. |
|
|
Circo -The second generation of the Maccioni family, Sirio and Egidiana's sons, Mario, Marco, and Mauro, bring their wildly
popular New York restaurant Osteria del Circo into the Bellagio family fold.
The Adam Tihany designed room will feature upscale and home-style Tuscan
cuisine inspired by the Maccioni matriarch, Egidiana.
Noodles - Tony Chi's design
brings together the traditional noodle kitchens of Asia to create Bellagio's
"World of Noodles." The chefs offer traditional noodle dishes from the
kitchens of Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam. |

|
Prime - World-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings
steakhouse dining to new heights, designed by Michael De Santis. Prime
meats, seafood, and chops are complimented by an extensive wine list. A
handsome bar at the entrance serves up the perfect martini and brings you
back to the speakeasy style of a 1930's chophouse.
Olives - Chef Todd English
brings his acclaimed Olives Restaurant to Las Vegas from Boston. This casual
Mediterranean cafe is situated between the Armani and Hermes boutiques. The
design and cuisine of this upbeat restaurant offers the shopper a great
place to meet and relax.
Nectar - Enjoy spectacular
American Cuisine and don't miss the vivacious lounge and raw bar.
The Petrossian Bar - From
afternoon tea to the finest Champagne, Petrossian Caviar, and smoked salmon;
this bar is the ultimate meeting place.
Fontana Lounge - Center stage
on Bellagio's casino level, our guests can enjoy live entertainment amidst
expansive views of the lake and the latest cocktail craze.
Baccarat Lounge - Located
next to our Baccarat Salon, this bar houses a vast collection of hand
crafted cocktails including martinis, fruit-blended wine drinks, and Italian
bellinis. Our guests are soothed by the smooth sounds of a baby grand piano
while enjoying their favorite specialty beverage. |
